What a wedding! I got to photograph in a brand new venue for me and was asked to capture an old friend’s wedding day, this day was incredible! I was so excited to be part of Natascha and Andrew’s Pencoed House wedding. Capturing Pencoed House wedding photography, the fun and laughter and long lasting memories.

Pencoed House Estate

A Sunday in November, where the ground was wet but the sun was shining. The day was filled with love and laughter, from Natascha’s father cracking a few jokes throughout the day, making everyone laugh. And one of my favourite photographs is where Noah just doesn’t want to stand by Mum and Dad. Children in weddings are so funny! Guests did brave the cold for a few photographs including one of my favourites, the confetti shot.

Pencoed House Estate has so much to offer for photography, from the old stone walls to the beautiful trees and greenery. For this Autumn wedding, the colours on the trees were a beautiful orange colour, with leaves falling on the grounds. I was so happy that we managed to go outside for some wedding photographs. Although Natascha’s dress did get very wet, I’m so thankful they braved the wet grounds. Thank you both so much!

The evening started with the first dance from the newly Mr and Mrs. Followed by an emotional father and daughter dance, which was for me the cherry on top of a perfect day.

I love capturing memories, the love, the laughter, the moments you might forget. Being part of a couples wedding day is something I  have always cherished. I feel so lucky to be part of a couples wedding day. Having a glimpse into their lives and being surrounded by so much love. There are more weddings to see on my blog and I can’t wait to share so many more that I’m photographing this year.
