I fell in love with Joanne and Jaimie as soon as we met. We couldn’t stop talking and laughing, I felt like I had known them years. When their wedding day finally arrived, it felt like I was photographing an old friend’s wedding day. This for me is what it’s all about. Connecting with people and not only being part of their wedding day, but also part of the next chapter. I was so excited to capture their Margam Orangery wedding photography. A place so special to Joanne, with so many wonderful memories, and where we were about to make many more.

The Orangery

One of the hottest days in the Summer, Joanne and Jaimie were blessed with the sunshine. They got married in St. Theodores Church in Port Talbot. A beautiful ceremony with a special moment when their niece sang for the whole wedding. It was such a perfect moment. We then headed to Margam Orangery for the wedding reception. Where guests enjoyed drinks outside and passers by got to see a glimpse of Joanne looking absolutely incredible. With the weather so hot and with the general public walking around, we decided to do their couple portraits later on in the evening, when the sun was setting and it was a lot cooler. I’m so happy Joanne and Jaimie trusted me by doing this! They got to have a bit of time away from their guests, and we got to capture some beautiful wedding photographs.

Margam Orangery Wedding Photography

I would love to photograph another Margam Orangery wedding. It is such an amazing venue, rain or shine you’ll have so much fun in the grounds and throughout the Orangery. Have a look at my website for more information on wedding photography. I’d love to hear all about your wedding plans.

I feel really lucky to be part of each couple’s wedding day. Joanne and Jaimie thank you for such an amazing day, I feel lucky to have not only captured your day, but to have made life long friends. That for me is the cherry on top xxx
