Fairy Hill Wedding Photography, on a snowy Saturday in March. What a fantastic day for this Fairy Hill Gower wedding. Clare and Sam’s wedding was my first of 2018 and what a day it was. This couple are awesome! It was also the first wedding at Fairy Hill, since their refurbishment. The K Room is just beautiful it’s an enchanting wonderland, adding such beauty to an already wonderful venue.

It was a cold and snowy start to the day.  The girls enjoyed a morning of hair and make-up being done, and of course a few glasses of champagne. Guests started to arrive and the excitement really set in, with guests getting their first glimpse at the new room.

Clare and Sam’s wedding day was fun and relaxed full of laughter and wine! I love that when I asked their ideas or theme, they simply said relaxed, fun and wine. As guests enjoyed a few welcome drinks we headed to Rhossili Bay, a special place for Clare and Sam. The place that they officially became a couple and the place Sam proposed, this was the perfect place for their couple photographs. It was freezing on the coast, but I’m so happy Clare and Sam went along with going. Thank you Clare and Sam for trusting me and being game for anything.

I always love the speeches, especially when you capture some emotional moments and some funny ones. I have to say how much fun the best men were with their ‘True or False’ game. And of course the last story of all left for the bride!

As the sun started coming down we headed around the venue for a few more photographs. Mr and Mrs Phillips couldn’t help but have a few shots on the iconic sheep, pretending to race each other.

A perfect day with an amazing couple who were surrounded by their brilliant family and friends. Thank you Clare and Sam  for choosing me to be your wedding photographer at Fairy Hill. If you’re looking for a fun and relaxed wedding photographer, then contact me for my lovely packages.
