Oldwalls Gower Wedding

Where do I begin with this beautiful Oldwalls Gower wedding? Clare and Craig’s day was back in September on a warm Saturday. I’d been recommended to Clare and Craig by my good friend Kelly, so I knew this day was going to be more special for me. Kelly was also a guest so I already knew a lot of Craig’s family. (No pressure, eh?!)

The morning started at Clare’s Auntie and Uncle’s home, who were such great hosts. While all the girls were get ready, I love to watch and document the morning. From glasses clinking to Clare’s sister writing her wedding speech. And of course one of my favourite things to do during a wedding morning, is get to know everyone. We’re spending all day together, so I love to know who the bridesmaids are. At this wedding there were a lot of bridesmaids and each one was fantastic and so much fun.

The church ceremony took place in Neath and then we then headed to Oldwalls for the wedding reception. We threw confetti and shot all of Clare and Craig’s group shots as well as doing some couple photos along the driveway, with family members that couldn’t attend the rest of the day (Clare and Craig’s dogs, check out their floral collars below).

The rain just about held off all day to not only give the most glorious sunset. But to allow Clare and her bridesmaids to sing songs at the top of their lungs, up and down the Oldwalls Gower driveway. This was a magical moment for me, all the girls laughing and joking, holding hands and being purely in the moment. It’s fair to say Clare has the best girlfriends, they were hilarious!

Even though it was a race against the sun setting, we headed to Rhossili Bay for some epic evening couples shots. We made sure we got everything in the little time we had. Clare and Craig thank you for putting the time in and being the best collaborators. I’m ridiculously proud of this wedding.

Wedding Testimonial

“Michelle, we are in absolute awe. Thank you so so much!!! We have smiled and laughed through our slideshow. I will recommend you forever and I will never be able to thank you enough. The most perfect and dreamy wedding photos. Thank you for your patience and kindness leading up to the day and afterwards and of course on the day. Keep following your dreams, you are truly and utterly amazing.”

Yep I cried when reading this testimonial, not surprising, right?
