Jenna & Anthony's Wedding - Penarth Pier & Maes Manor Hotel

Jenna and Anthony were married in Saint Joseph's church in the heart of Penarth and their reception was held in Maes Manor Hotel in Blackwood. It was an incredible Friday in August, we had some showers in the morning and then the sun shone ready for us to take photos at Penarth Pier (one of my favourite places!). A fun day with so much love and laughter, and one of my many highlights was the epic wedding cake by Heavenly Exquisite Desserts, which definitely had the Welsh and English theme throughout.

We had a lovely relaxed morning with all the girls getting their hair and make-up done together, some bacon sandwiches and of course a few sing a long tunes! The ceremony was beautiful in Saint Joseph's Church, with Jenna and Anthony saying their 'I Dos' surrounded by their loved ones. And as we were due to head to the pier the sun came out and brought everyone with them. Penarth Pier was super busy with some people stopping the newly Mr and Dr Walters offering their congratulations and some passers by simply wanting to look at how beautiful Jenna looked. We then enjoyed some time on the pier and along the front for some couple photos, before heading off to their reception at Maes Manor.

We had a little bit of rain here and there, but it stopped for a few photos and for guests to enjoy and relax in the court yard overlooking the grounds of Maes Manor. The evening carried on with a father and daughter dance (which I think everyone cried at, it was beautiful) before Jenna and Anthony's first dance.

A beautiful wedding day, with so much love and laughter, and a small rivalry between the Welsh and English (haha!)
